After cutting, take the strips in front of you and cut them with a knife, leaving 2-3 fingers long. Immediately place the resulting noodles on a baking sheet.
You can keep the dough for 12 hours in a sunny place or dry it in a high temperature oven.
You can cook the resulting noodles and serve them with yoghurt. Enjoy your meal
